Delivery Policy

All our services are digital. Nothing is shipped physically, and your original photos never leave your home.

1. What you receive

Restored photos are delivered as high-resolution JPG files. The Family Album and The Legacy Collection packages also include print-ready files suitable for large-format printing.

2. How you receive it

We send a download link to the email address you used at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

3. Delivery time

• One Memory, Three Moments and The Family Album: 1 to 3 business days from the moment we receive your photos.
• The Legacy Collection: priority handling, 1 to 2 business days from the moment we receive your photos.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery time starts when we receive usable files, not at the time of purchase. If a larger batch of photos is sent at once, we may deliver them in parts and will let you know.

4. Revisions

Revisions are delivered the same way, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your request.

5. Download period

Download links and files remain available for 30 days after delivery, after which they are deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
