Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of digitalremaster.us and the photo restoration services provided by Digital Remaster Studio LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a package or sending us photos, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide digital restoration of photographs, including repair of physical damage (cracks, tears, stains, fading, missing areas), recovery of detail, and optional colorization. All work is performed on digital copies of your photos. We never receive or handle your physical originals.

2. Packages and prices

Services are sold as prepaid packages covering a set number of photos, as listed on our Pricing page. Prices are shown in euros and include all restoration work described in the package. Each package is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Unused photos in a package expire after that period.

3. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase through a secure third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your full card details.

4. Sending photos

After purchase, you send your photos to info@digitalremaster.us as digital files (scans or phone photos), together with the name and email address used at checkout. The quality of the final result depends partly on the quality of the file you send. We may ask for a better scan if needed.

5. Your rights to the photos

By sending us a photo, you confirm that you own it or have the right to have it restored, and that it does not contain unlawful content. You keep all rights to your photos and to the restored versions we deliver. We never publish, sell or share your photos.

6. Delivery and revisions

Restored photos are delivered by email as a download link within 1 to 3 business days from receipt of your photos, as described in our Delivery Policy. Each package includes the number of revisions stated on the Pricing page. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

7. Nature of restoration

Restoration involves reconstructing areas that are damaged or missing, and colorization involves interpreting colours that were not recorded in the original. Results are a careful, faithful interpretation rather than an exact recovery of lost information. If a photo cannot be restored to a satisfactory result, we will tell you before starting and refund that photo.

8. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the package concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Please keep your own copies of any files you send us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
